Yes, we do! At Dreamlike Design, we offer flexible Standard, Premium, and Elite packages tailored to different project scopes and budgets. Each package includes a set number of 3D renders, optional design variations, and additional services like video walkthroughs, 3D floor plans, and client presentation booklets.

We understand that some revisions may be necessary during the design process. Our initial proposal will outline the number of included revision rounds. Any additional revisions beyond this scope may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated transparently. The revision process typically involves you providing clear feedback, us making the necessary adjustments, and then presenting the revised drawings for your approval. 

The time to begin every project is unique. Your project size, it's complexity, the physical site conditions and your aesthetic preferences are just a few of the elements that make your project unique and therefore the time required to design your project can vary.

In many cases, a building addition and renovation will take anywhere from six months to a year to complete the design and working drawings required for a building permit. On the other hand, a small project such as a kitchen, dormer addition, or master bedroom suite renovation would take much less time.
