While we strive to bring your vision to life with care, skill, and professional insight, it’s important to understand that design is a collaborative and interpretive process. The phrase “where your vision becomes reality” represents our creative mission — it is not a literal or contractual guarantee of exact results.

All design outcomes are influenced by factors such as site conditions, technical limitations, material availability, client input, and artistic interpretation. As such, Dreamlike Design makes no expressed or implied warranties that the final result will match a client's mental image or subjective expectations.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Design results may differ from personal interpretations or evolving ideas.
  
  

• Dreamlike Design is not liable for dissatisfaction rooted in creative differences.
  
  

• You waive the right to pursue legal action based solely on interpretation, stylistic opinion, or subjective outcome.
  
  

To the fullest extent permitted under Jamaican law, Dreamlike Design, its team, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables, except in cases of proven gross negligence or breach of a signed contract.

Services Offered

We provide, but are not limited to, the following services:

• Architectural drafting (2D & 3D plans)
  
  

• 3D visualizations and renderings
  
  

• Interior design consultation and layout
  
  

• Exterior façade design and decoration
  
  

• Custom design solutions tailored to client needs
  
  

All services are delivered based on project-specific agreements and timelines.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements and information
  
  

• Ensuring all shared materials are authorized and lawful
  
  

• Communicating approvals, feedback, and revisions promptly
  
  

• Reviewing all deliverables in a timely manner
  
  

Failure to do so may result in project delays or additional charges.

Project Timeline & Delays

Dreamlike Design will provide an estimated timeline for each project. This timeline depends on the client providing necessary materials, approvals, and feedback promptly. Delays in communication or payment may result in revised timelines or additional charges.

Additional Work Outside Scope

Any work requested outside the agreed project scope will be considered additional and may incur extra charges. A revised quote will be provided before additional work begins.

Force Majeure

Dreamlike Design is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet failures, illness, or acts of government.

Revisions

• Each project includes (3) three rounds of revisions.
  
  

• Final approval is required in writing via text or Gmail before deliverables are released.

• Additional revisions beyond this after confirmation has been made may incur an additional fee.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your project and reserve your design slot. This deposit covers the planning, drafting, and concept development phase.

The remaining 50% balance is due before final delivery of the completed design files. Final files will only be released once full payment is received.

All payments must be made in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) via bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed-upon methods. Payment details will be provided during the invoicing process.

Please note:

• The initial deposit is non-refundable once design work has started.
  
  

• Due to the nature of digital design services, all final deliverables are non-returnable once issued.
  
  

Clients are encouraged to review drafts and request revisions during the design process. Failure to complete final payment within 7 days of notification may result in project delay or suspension.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Clients may cancel at any time; however, deposits are non-refundable.
  
  

• If work has begun, additional charges may apply based on work completed.
  
  

• Dreamlike Design reserves the right to cancel a project due to non-payment, unresponsiveness, or violation of these terms.

File Delivery & Storage

Final deliverables will be provided in standard formats (PDF, JPEG, DWG, etc., as applicable) upon full payment. Dreamlike Design will retain project files for up to 90 days after project completion.

Dreamlike Design is not responsible for long-term file storage unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

Both parties treat all project-related information, designs, communications, and documents as confidential. Dreamlike Design will not share or disclose client materials or plans without written consent, and clients agree not to share unreleased drafts or proprietary processes.

License to Use

Upon full payment, Dreamlike Design grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the final deliverables solely for the purposes agreed upon in the project scope.

This license allows for:

• Use of drawings, designs, and visualizations for planning or presentation purposes
  
  

• Submission to local authorities, contractors, or builders (if applicable)
  
  

• Printing or reproduction for personal or project-related use
  
  

The client may not:

• Resell, license, or redistribute the designs to third parties
  
  

• Modify or alter the work without written permission
  
  

• Claim authorship or remove Dreamlike Design’s watermark (if present)
  
  

• Use preliminary drafts or concepts that were not included in the final deliverables
  
  

All copyrights and moral rights to the designs, visual content, and drafts remain the property of Dreamlike Design unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All preliminary drafts, design files, renderings, and creative materials remain the property of Dreamlike Design until full payment is received.
  
  

• Dreamlike Design reserves the right to feature completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Links To Other Websites

Our site contains links to third-party websites and online resources not controlled by Dreamlike Design.

We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy.

Please review their terms and privacy policies before interacting with those sites.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. By continuing to use our services after such changes, you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from these terms or services shall be handled exclusively in Jamaican courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
